Hell I am starting new project my EV electric vehicle

Ok, first I am looking for engine should be DC more than 10kW , and not so havy with 2500 min RPM,a lot of things to plan,find out for now:
- cheap engine
-cheap bot not tatty car
-controler
- batteries I am thinking about Trojan but maybe Li-ion I am not so sure I need to balance money to value
-vacum pomp
-charger and software to control
